Dr. E'Toyare "Torie" McDonald-Williams holds an EdD from Chicago State University and brings 30 years of documented mentorship experience. As a first-generation college graduate and the first doctoral degree holder in her family, she is a leading voice in trauma-informed education. Her groundbreaking work focuses on "other adversities" beyond the traditional 10 ACEs categories, particularly addressing systemic barriers affecting communities of color and marginalized populations.
