ACEs 101: Understanding Your ACEs Score

ACEs 101 is a 3-part training hosted on 3 consecutive Tuesdays starting at 6 PM.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Define Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

• Calculate and interpret their own ACEs score

• Understand how ACEs affect the brain, body, and behavior

• Identify “other adversities” not listed in the original study (e.g. racism, poverty, grief, incarceration, natural disasters)
